Joanne Bregman graduated from the George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C. and began her practice in the field of public utility regulation and civil litigation in federal courts. After moving to Tennessee she helped launch and led the TN Disability Coalition on Education advocacy state-wide network to address the education of students with disabilities. She served as a governor appointee to the State Advisory Board on the Education of Students with Disabilities and assisted in revising state special education regulations. She continues to provide pro bono services to families of children with disabilities. Joanne currently focuses on issues and advocacy related to the preservation of American constitutional freedoms and is a volunteer lobbyist for Tennessee Eagle Forum.
